This article aims to explore a little more about male health care, especially in the andropause phase that occurs from the age of forty, observing how this phase affects the subject and what psychological impacts it causes in their life, in the system family and the environment in which they live, from the perspective of psychology with the point of view of a systemic approach. Systemic Psychology provokes the vision of an individual directly associated with his environment, his family circle, focusing on the intervention on the family and the environment in which he lives and not exactly on the individuality of each one. Therefore, therapy with individuals, within the scope of systemic therapy, aims to welcome these men who face a significant barrier, almost as if it were a challenge, when trying to express their feelings and allow their emotions to be expressed.
