This article aims to investigate the applicability of the Principle of the Best Interest of Children and Adolescents in Shared Custody, which initially requires a brief study on Shared Custody after the changes in the Civil Code of 2002, and Shared Custody in the Statute of Children and Adolescents (ECA). The choice of the topic is justified by its importance, after observing the need for new perspectives on the issue of Shared Custody, in this aspect, the article's general objective is mainly to cover the Principle of the Best Interest of Children and Adolescents, effectively contribute to ensuring and supporting all minors. Bibliographical research within the scope of Civil Law with a focus on the Principle of the Best Interest of Children and Adolescents in Shared Custody, has its foundations in the Civil Code, the Statute of Children and Adolescents, doctrine and jurisprudence to analyze all the requirements that come with it. being used in the applicability of this principle.
