NURSING CARE FOR HUMANIZED CHILDBIRTH

Abstract

Introduction: Natural childbirth suffers an increasing devaluation due to the practice of unnecessary surgical interventions, demonstrating how much the female population does not know that it is their right during natural childbirth Objective: Analyze the importance of the nurse's role in assisting the humanized birth. Materials and Methods: The study carried out consists of a comprehensive review of the literature, in which an organized search for relevant scientific articles was carried out with the aim of examining approaches mentioned in the literature to improve nursing care during humanized childbirth. Result: (13) articles were analyzed and discussed in relation to journals and authors, taking into account the year of publication, title and purpose of each study. Conclusion: Nursing care has a crucial relevance in promoting and advancing humanized childbirth.
