This study investigates the intricate relationship between the perception of aesthetics, quality of life and satisfaction with body self-image in women. The research, of a qualitative and transversal nature, adopts a documentary approach to analyze the influence of contemporary aesthetic standards on different aspects of female life. This study contributes to understanding the broader implications of aesthetic pressure on women's lives, highlighting the need for sensitive and holistic approaches to promoting mental health and well-being. Therefore, aesthetic influence is identified as a crucial factor in the formation of satisfaction with body image, impacting not only emotional aspects, but also behavioral and cognitive ones. A direct correlation is observed between the search for aesthetic standards and self-esteem, with notable implications for quality of life and psychological well-being.
