ENVIRONMENTAL LAW IN THE ANTHROPOCENE ERA

Abstract

This work aims to analyze the result of man's action on the environment and how this impacts the effectiveness of Environmental Law. In a time called Anthropocene, which reveals humanity in an unbridled search to satisfy consumer desires, the threat to the existence of the environment and, consequently, of the human species itself is real.
