Abstract

The study presented has the main objective of comparing the labor repercussions arising from the change in the statutory work regime for CLT workers. In order to achieve this objective, some requirements were taken into consideration in chronological order. In the foreground, the historical evolution that made possible the construction of both the Statutory Regime and the Consolidation of Labor Laws was addressed, making these orders the main ones in the Brazilian context. In the background, it was necessary to study the characteristics of Labor Law, as these allow ensuring the achievements acquired by the CLT class and guiding the rights of the worker. Finally, there is the comparative analysis that focuses on specific issues.
