THE IMPORTANCE OF PSYCHOLOGICAL CARE IN CASES OF DEPRESSION SCREENING REPORT

Abstract

This is an analysis of depression and the benefits arising from psychological treatment. For this article, screenings carried out in the city of Curitiba Pr, through the school service of an educational institution, were used as a study basis, which carried out the analysis of ten screenings, with individuals of both genders, aged between nineteen and sixty years old, most of them diagnosed with depression. Through the reports, it was possible to relate the symptoms and benefits related to the treatment, as well as the risks and worsening of the conditions in relation to individuals whose treatment was interrupted. It was possible to identify the importance of clinical management based on the reports of both analysands. Enabling hypotheses about environmental risks and benefits regarding appropriate treatment targeting the individual characteristics of each person.
