Technological development has its evolution in a continuous and progressive way and promptly reached schools through students with this same configuration, in a continuous and progressive way. Given this circumstance, there was no way to ignore the latent presence of technology, and thus digital information and communication technologies (TDIC) were configured. In this production, we sought to understand the historical advances and needs of the Web Curriculum and Curriculum in Distance Education (EaD), with the advent of the lockdown in the intense period of the COVID-19 pandemic, biases began to apply to remote forms of teaching and these outlined even more about the web curriculum and distance education. The need for public policy incentives was addressed and the access of TDIC was questioned regarding socioeconomic issues, as well as the continued need for training professionals in education so that they can effectively understand and master the resources of TDIC. to make the teaching and learning process effective.
