This article analyzes approaches and strategies to improve the teaching and learning process in different educational contexts. Based on a comprehensive review of the literature, the importance of a student-centered approach that promotes active participation, autonomy and collaboration is discussed. Furthermore, innovative pedagogical techniques are explored, such as project-based learning, gamification and the use of educational technologies, which have demonstrated a positive impact on engagement and knowledge retention. The role of the teacher as a facilitator of the learning process is highlighted, emphasizing their role in creating a stimulating and inclusive environment. Finally, practical recommendations are presented to implement these strategies, aiming to continually improve the quality of teaching and promote the integral development of students.
