Abstract

This work deals with the implications of non-humanized divorce in the family cycle and its considerations regarding parental alienation, which is one of the most common problems when related to divorce and family ties, since parental alienation establishes situations in which one of the parents seeks to distance others from living with their children. In view of this, this project wishes to present the broadest aspects of divorce, which is a state of discord between the couple which consequently brings about a climate of dispute and develops new structures of coexistence, which, therefore, do not favor the harmonious family bond that should be find, so that even raising children can occur without the development of future psychological and social problems. Furthermore, we also delve deeper into the context of what this parental alienation is and how it can occur, which ends up affecting these families that seek marital dissolution, and, consequently, custody of their children. Therefore, the present work seeks to delve deeper into these possible consequences brought about by divorce or dissolution of stable unions, where most of the time those who suffer most from this change of scenario are the children, therefore, the work provides ways to alleviate this impact on the lives of those involved, such as adoption through shared custody, which allows both parents to have equal participation in the upbringing and evolution of their children.
