The unified health system and dental surgeons have social and effective work for patients with HIV/AIDS if worked correctly. With the objective of analyzing, through a literature review, dental care in the SUS for patients with hiv/aids, through a bibliographical review of a narrative nature. It is hoped that this work will better address the subject matter and that the population, together with oral health professionals, will come to know the importance of dental care for patients with hiv/aids, and with a good improvement in local areas. work and provide an adequate service. Biosafety is applied to all types of patients, and training for professionals on the management and humanization of patients, in order to reduce stigma and decriminalization of these patients with HIV/AIDS, thus providing a welcoming and inclusive environment , which ultimately ends up promoting quality treatment and the patient is able to have good oral health.
