The general objective of this study was to analyze the aspects and effectiveness of extrajudicial notification as a way of collecting debts, using its applicability. The methodology will be deductive research, that is, based on the formulation of general problems regarding the judicialization of actions, seeking the theoretical, literary, legislative and jurisprudential positions that support them or impeaching them, which would ultimately lead to legitimacy, speed and efficiency of law firms with extrajudicial notifications as a means of collecting debts.
