PARENTAL ALIENATION: BETWEEN REPEAL AND MAINTENANCE TWO SIDES OF THE LAW IN DIFFERENCES OF OPINIONS

Abstract

This article aims to analyze the Parental Alienation Law and the common opinions that deal with the topic. In the middle of the article, different opinions of thinkers, jurists and psychologists will be discussed, and at the end the reader must conclude, through the facts presented, their real opinion on the Parental Alienation Law in Brazil. The article uses a bibliographical methodology of a pure nature and a quantitative-qualitative approach. In this way, books, website materials, the Law, bills, as well as statistics and numbers brought to the topic will be covered. The Law will be duly proven and explained, in which the two strands of opinions surrounding this topic will be addressed, thus leading the reader to reflect on what is the best alternative to the problem addressed.
