Abstract

Gestalt, as a conceptual and psychological approach, brings with scientificity, lightness and art, an amplified perspective of man and the world, rescuing the existential whole of each being and, personally, challenges me to (re) discover, (re) learn, to look with the notion of sufficiency for the now that presents me with the necessary resources for me to be. More than just a foundation for clinical practice, GT translates into a philosophy of encounter, contact and personal responsibility. It is in this rescue of BEING that the essence of this work is constituted: The expanded clinic and its phenomena contextualized to individual experience, especially in the construction of versions of meaning, interweaving the concepts and all the theoretical foundation studied with the deepening of experiential activities.
