The Integrated Urban Inspection Operation (AIFU) emerges as a joint and integrated response from regulatory agencies to address challenges related to public security and urban order. This article explores the importance of engagement among the various actors involved in this operation, highlighting its relevance in promoting security and combating illegal activities. Through comprehensive analysis, we examine how collaboration between the military police, civil police, municipal guard, health surveillance, and other agencies strengthens the effectiveness of AIFU, expanding its scope and impact, such as the actions taken during the COVID-19 pandemic. Additionally, we discuss how the lack of engagement from these agencies, common in rural areas, can compromise the operation, turning it into a mere isolated police intervention. This study offers valuable insights into the importance of integration and coordination among regulatory agencies to ensure the success and Sustainability of AIFU.
