This study explored improvements in the educational quality of private high schools that implement problem-based learning (PBL), focusing on the strategic employment of technological and physical resources. The main objective was to outline management and pedagogical strategies capable of maximizing the potential of these resources, highlighting the importance of continued training of educators and the effective integration of new technologies into the curriculum. The methodology adopted involved an in-depth analysis of relevant literature, covering studies on continuing teacher training, adaptation to pedagogical innovations and the use of analytical tools to improve educational management. The results highlighted the importance of a holistic approach to improving educational quality, which considers both management and pedagogical practices. The need for constant updating of teachers, the adoption of active methodologies, such as ABP, and the use of technological resources in an integrated and strategic manner were highlighted. Final considerations emphasized the complexity involved in managing educational quality and reiterated the relevance of strategies that promote synergy between resource management, innovative pedagogical practices and technological infrastructure. This would not only enrich students' learning experience, but also equip schools to meet contemporary educational challenges, ensuring high-quality education that prepares students for the dynamism of the 21st century.
