The article in question addresses the topic of the use of technology in the State's administrative activity, highlighting its importance in the modernization and optimization of public services. The research carried out is bibliographic and descriptive in nature, allowing an in-depth analysis of the subject. The use of technology has been recognized as a determining factor in the transformation of public administration. Through the integration of digital tools, advanced information systems and process automation, government bodies have sought to improve the efficiency, transparency and quality of services offered to society. Furthermore, technology has enabled greater interaction between the government and citizens, facilitating access to public services through online platforms, promoting democratic participation and strengthening accountability mechanisms. However, this technological advancement also brings challenges, such as issues related to privacy, cybersecurity and digital inclusion. In the context of the research, crucial areas of state administration are explored, such as human resources management, the provision of digital services, information security and the supervision of public policies. The study details how these innovations are shaping a more effective, transparent and citizen-centered public administration. In summary, the article offers a comprehensive view of the transformations brought about by technology in the State's administrative activity, highlighting its benefits and challenges.
