This article sought to analyze intrafamily sexual abuse in children and adolescents, focusing on the legal implications and promoting an intersection between psychology, law and other related areas. Deductive methodology and bibliographic means are used, including doctrine, legislation, jurisprudence, comparative law and documents available online. The study is qualitative in nature, aiming to verify the effectiveness of combating child and adolescent sexual abuse with the support of interdisciplinary teams and psychological opinions. The justification for carrying out this study lies in the urgent need to understand and intervene in intrafamily sexual abuse, a devastating phenomenon that affects the integrity and psychosocial development of children and adolescents. The proposed interdisciplinary approach aims not only to elucidate the legal and psychological issues involved, but also to contribute to the formulation of effective suggestions and legal-psychological support for victims. defending their brand in the face of judgments that may negatively expose the products and services of the brand that over the years struggles to survive the current economic situations of the country.
