Abstract

This article aims to discuss the impacts of Artificial Intelligence on the Court of Justice of the State of Tocantins, making a comparative analysis of the use of AI in Brazil, using qualitative methodology. Through research, it is clear that technology came to open borders, with widespread acceptance, including incentives for implementation through the bodies of the Judiciary, with projects and goals. By summarizing the facts presented, it can be stated that the impacts suffered in the Court of Justice are positive.
