Introduction: Sarcoidosis, whose cause remains without definitive etiologies, is a condition characterized by the presence of non-necrotizing granulomas that can occur in any organ. Among its manifestations, pulmonary involvement is highlighted in up to 90% of cases. Objective: The current work aims to bring together, from the literature, the most diverse aspects relating to the symptoms of pulmonary sarcoidosis. Methodology: It consists of an integrative literature review carried out using fully available articles published in January 2018 and November 2023. The research was carried out using the arrangement of descriptors “pulmonary sarcoidosis” AND “clinical manifestations” in the databases: Scielo, PubMed, Scopus and Virtual Health Library. can be non-specific, making early diagnosis difficult and being confused with other conditions such as COPD and tuberculosis. Furthermore, pulmonary sarcoidosis can coexist with other granulomatous diseases, such as tuberculosis, which further complicates the diagnosis. Final Considerations: The importance of early diagnosis is highlighted, as it is related to prognosis. The need for more studies is highlighted to better understand the cause and mechanisms of pulmonary sarcoidosis, which could improve treatment and diagnostic differentiation with other diseases.
