THE QUALIFICATION OF JUSTICE OFFICERS THROUGH EAD IMPROVEMENT COURSES

Abstract

The objective of this article is to demonstrate the importance of the new technologies used by education, connecting the worlds, transcending the spatio-temporal mode, making the construction of technological knowledge indispensable to provide reason and experience. The research was done through secondary data sources and scientific articles. The coalition of teaching and learning is highlighted, establishing links between stimuli and equivalent responses, through technological systematization in an efficient and effective way. Distance education as a teaching modality that uses technological resources with a flexible methodology, overcoming the spatio-temporal frontier. The distance learning methodology used in the qualification courses for Bailiffs, using a set of knowledge, technique, art and craft. The knowledge acquired by continuous learning will be established according to the need, time and availability of each Officer, for this, the use of technologies will be the facilitator in the professional qualification process.
