The issue addressed in this paper concerns the damages caused by individuals with Narcissistic Personality Disorder (NPD) in the workplace and the possible implications in terms of civil liability. In this sense, the general objective is to understand the impacts of Narcissistic Personality Disorder (NPD) in the context of work organizations and its reflections in terms of Civil Liability. The work is permeated by three specific objectives: Describe Narcissistic Personality Disorder (NPD), provide a brief description of the system for repairing patrimonial damage and compensating non-patrimonial damage in Brazilian Law, and finally, identify the possible damages caused by individuals with Narcissistic Personality Disorder (NPD) in work organizations and their respective implications in Brazilian civil liability. The research was carried out using a qualitative approach, involving data description as well as analysis, in order to broaden the understanding of the issues related to damages caused by individuals with NPD in the workplace and the possible implications in terms of civil liability. It is concluded that Narcissistic Personality Disorder is a factor that causes damages in the work environment and, consequently, to the future of organizations, capable of reflecting on Brazilian civil liability.
