Precision medicine emerges as an innovative and promising approach to personalizing treatment and improving clinical outcomes in multi-comorbid patients. This article highlights the growing importance of precision medicine in contemporary clinical practice, especially in patients with multiple health conditions. The integrative methodology used in the literature review highlights the search in databases, such as PubMed and Web of Science, using terms related to precision medicine and multi-comorbid patients. The results reveal a wide range of studies demonstrating the benefits of precision medicine in personalizing treatment and improving clinical outcomes in patients with multiple health conditions. The discussion emphasizes the need for a multidisciplinary and collaborative approach in implementing precision medicine, as well as the importance of ongoing education of healthcare professionals and investment in research and development. Final considerations highlight the importance of equity in access to precision medicine and the potential of this approach to promote the health and well-being of all multi-comorbid patients.
