NEW RIGHTS WITH EMPHASIS ON AUTISM SPECTRUM DISORDER

Abstract

Throughout human history inequalities between people have always been present, what varied was the way in which social groups, depending on historical time, faced and treated people said to be unequal. This article aimed to analyze the Autism Spectrum Disorder among the new rights, seeking to demonstrate how the treatment of the person with disability took place over time, addresses the models of social treatment established in each period of history, combining with the model of social inclusion that lasts until the present day. To analyze Brazilian legislation and the treatment given by the Court of Justice of Pernambuco to people with Autistic Spectrum Disorder. To carry out this Article, the methodology used was qualitative research, through bibliographical research with the aim of broadening generalizations on the subject.
