The article seeks to demonstrate the importance of political science and economic analysis of law for the development of critical thinking in students and future legal professionals, be they lawyers, legislators, public managers. The approach unites the two disciplines through a bridge of knowledge between politics, economics and law in joint interaction on several important topics such as economic competition, legislative inflation and regulatory abuse. The work focuses on the phenomenon through an approach to the battle between the National Transport Agency - ANTT - and the Brazilian technology company BUSER, known as the "Uber of buses".
