PREPARATION PROGRAM FOR RETIREMENT: EXPERIENCE REPORT WITH PUBLIC SERVANTS OF A STATE JUDICIARY INSTITUTION

The present objective science experience report about a Retirement Preparation Program of a State Judiciary Institution, highlighting special attention to issues related to the construction of Life Projects, transition to retirement and its various implications for workers and organizations. This is a descriptive study, based on institutional data, as well as analysis, observation and reflection on the experience of professionals who are part of the multidisciplinary team responsible for the Program. As for the results, it is worth highlighting the dynamics and benefits offered to both participants and the organization. In fact, the Program contributes to an engaging reflection on this new period of transformation that makes the individual feel challenged to think about the present and build the future, in addition to offering some tools to work with more well-being and security in this new phase of life, with the aim of pointing out ways and the importance of developing projects more aligned with this new moment. Likewise, favoring the management of people within the scope of the public service, as it improves the succession process; optimize workforce deployment planning; emphasizes social responsibility; prevent and deal with conflicts and strengthen the Institution's brand.
