The present study focuses on Capitalist Productivism and the Inclusion of People with Disabilities in the Brazilian Labor Market, examining how this productive logic segregates these individuals and highlighting the importance of Social Services in ensuring access to the rights of the target audience. Additionally, it examines the social structure characterized by oppression and exclusion inherent to the capitalist system, analyzing the impacts of neoliberalism in this context, and concluding that Social Services play a crucial role in combating discrimination, contributing to the realization of the rights of people with disabilities.
