SCHOOL MANAGEMENT AND ITS CHALLENGES IN THE CONTEXT OF PEDAGOGICAL PRACTICES

The political, economic, social and cultural evolutions that have occurred in recent times have profoundly influenced the educational system of education. In this way, the objectives and goals of schools must be redesigned in order to face the challenges to accompany the progress made and consequently improve the training of students. The research addressed here addresses the following problematic: What are the challenges of school management in the pedagogical context? The main objective of the work is to identify the challenges of school management in pedagogical practices. The methodology is derived from a bibliographical research, being built by means of the databases of Google Scholar, with the reading of scientific articles, books, theses, which allowed the realization of records in order to build ideas to discuss the approaches carried out. theoretical hairs, which among them are: LÜCK (2009), WASTOWSKI (2022), MEDEIROS (2020), LIBÂNIO (2001; 2010), GARCIA (2008), among others. The study showed that the school management faces some challenges to fulfill its mission not related to the technical, pedagogical and political processes within the educational institutions. It is concluded that the school only has the sense of awakening social practices to the student and for this the gestão must be prepared for it. The road does not open sozinho, it must be built to the extent that the steps are taken.
