Abstract

This article sought to carry out a field analysis of a successful entrepreneur, in this case the founder of a company in the field of consortiums. For this objective, an instrument was applied with the entrepreneur for data collection and some analyses were carried out to identify their most latent Entrepreneurial Behavioral Characteristics (CCEs), as well as identifying which characteristics would suggest points to develop in their profile.
