THE IMPORTANCE OF THE SPECIAL CHAMBER OF THE OAB AMAZONAS SECTION, FROM THE PERSPECTIVE OF THE CRESCENT, IN ONE OF THE REGISTRATIONS ON THE WEB BOARDS IN THE YEARS 2018 / 2023

Abstract

The Special Chamber of the Section of the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) in Amazonas plays a fundamental role in the region's legal system. In the Amazon context, marked by specific challenges and unique cultural diversity, the Special Chamber's work stands out in the search for equity and justice. The objective of this work is to analyze and describe the performance and importance of the Special Chamber of the Section of the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) in Amazonas. The present study used bibliographic research as a fundamental method for data acquisition, using the exploration of databases that house a vast amount of research and literature related to the research topic. At the end of this analysis of the Special Chamber of the OAB Amazonas Section, it is possible to observe the relevance and significant impact of this instance in the local legal context. It is concluded that the Special Chamber of the OAB Amazonas Section plays a vital role in promoting ethics and maintaining the integrity of local law.
