This article highlights the growing application of artificial intelligence (AI) in the Brazilian judicial system, exemplified by projects such as "JuLIA" in the Piauí Court of Justice and the "VitórIA" tool in the Supreme Federal Court. These initiatives aim to automate tasks, expedite the processing of cases, and improve consistency in judicial decisions. AI is seen as a valuable ally in addressing challenges such as the high number of pending cases and the high costs of the judicial system. However, it emphasizes that AI should be a complementary tool, not a replacement for legal professionals, with the need for strong regulations and strategic partnerships to ensure transparency and impartiality in legal proceedings. This technological revolution has the potential to make justice more effective, accessible, and efficient for all citizens.
