This article deals with Child Labor and its consequences in the face of technological advances. The frequent exploitation of children and adolescents in dangerous and unhealthy activities began to be prohibited by Brazilian legislation since the Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT), having risen in the Federal Constitution of 1988. However, with the advancement of the internet, it opened up space for an exceptional case, Artistic Child Labor (TIA), which stands out on the YouTube platform. The research explores the children's artistic labor market in Brazil, related legislation, and the needs to protect the physical and psychological integrity of children and adolescents. For this, bibliographical literature and analyzes of concrete cases were used, thus making it possible to identify that the lack of regulation focused on the problem allows the early inclusion of minors in social media, long working hours and the undue commodification of their image, affecting their health and development.
