This scientific article aims to analyze in depth the influence of the organizational climate in a medium-sized company in the telecommunications sector located in the municipality of Ilhéus, Bahia. The organizational climate is a critical factor that directly impacts employee efficiency and satisfaction, playing a fundamental role in the success of any organization. Therefore, understanding how the organizational climate affects this specific company is essential for human resource management and achieving organizational objectives. Furthermore, the study highlighted the importance of concrete actions by senior management to improve the organizational climate. In summary, this article contributes significantly to the understanding of the influence of the organizational climate in a medium-sized telecommunications company in Ilhéus, Bahia. The findings highlight the crucial importance of a favorable organizational climate for employee performance and satisfaction, while offering practical guidelines for human resources management to improve this aspect. These insights have significant implications for the effectiveness and competitiveness of organizations in the telecommunications sector and other similar areas.
