THE MAIN CONSEQUENCES CAUSED BY DEFAMATION ON THE INTERNET

Abstract

This course conclusion work was developed based on bibliographic and documentary research. The theme aims to explore the main consequences caused by defamation on the internet. The problem that guided the research was what difficulties were encountered in the search for resolving the damage caused by defamation on the internet, this research helped us understand the significance of the internet, in this sense the theme of the work delivers content related to social networks and how crimes of defamation are being dealt with within the scope of legal relations, and show which legal resources are available to combat such a crime, in addition to explaining how to protect yourself from damage caused by digital media, also, considering crimes committed on the internet and the classification of crimes cyber.
