Abstract

This study aims to understand the influence of well-being at work and subjective well-being on job opportunities in Brazil. As a theoretical review, subjective well-being, work well-being and job opportunities were studied. To this end, descriptive quantitative research was conducted, using the survey method, with 150 respondents, using already evaluated scales, to compare the impact of well-being. As a result, it was found that subjective well-being and well-being at work can influence the opportunities that the individual may have in their professional career, and that the positive subjective well-being factor is the most important for a greater number of opportunities at work. As contributions, this study innovates by investigating how subjective well-being and well-being at work can influence job opportunities.
