Abstract

Arboviruses, which have diseases caused by arboviruses, are considered a public health problem, which affect many people around the world. The importance of the repercussion of the health area for the population is to inhibit the proliferation of the female “Aedesaegypti” mosquito, the main vector of the disease, which has its incidence favored by climate change and the uncontrolled growth of the urban area. The objective of this project is to carry out a qualitative literature search, emphasizing the importance of a planned population growth. The methodology used for the elaboration of this project was the analysis of research done through books and articles that have the chosen theme. In this context, it is necessary to analyze the vectors and their resistance, to understand their proliferation mechanism according to the different epidemiological profiles, in addition to contributing to minimizing cases of infection through prophylactic measures.
