Abstract

This work seeks to demonstrate that the concept of the dignity of the human person must be seen as a supreme value that induces the content of all fundamental rights inherent to man. The security, economic, social and “moral” crises are usually invoked as arguments to legitimize the inversion of the idea of ​​dignity as a platform for the foundation of rights, since united by reason, men would be universal legislators of themselves and this link of rationality is what allows the existence of a humanity, whose fundamental value is that of freedom (freedom through the unconditional use of pure reason), which requires a
