Abstract

This article addresses workers' image rights in a digital context, reflecting on the impacts of exposure on social networks for the promotion of companies. The objective of the research is to analyze workers' rights related to their image and discuss the protection of fundamental rights in the workplace. A qualitative methodology is used, based on bibliographic and documentary research. The results highlight the legal protection of image rights, requiring the worker's express consent for commercial use. The lack of specific regulation in the CLT creates openings for abuse. However, Brazilian jurisprudence strengthens the protection of workers' image rights. It is concluded that workers have the right to preserve their image in the workplace, and companies must respect legal and ethical limits in relation to employee exposure. Unauthorized use of the employee's image must result in compensation. The study highlights the importance of awareness and justice in cases of abuse, contributing to a respectful and productive work environment.
