Nowadays, more and more, human capital is essential for the success and expansion of organizations. However, the management models of several companies are still based on old standards, where hierarchy and obedience tolerate the possibility of forming high performance teams. In this sense, companies lose competitiveness, as well as qualified professionals who could add value to organizations through creative and cooperative processes. In view of this scenario, this article proposes a reflection on the strategic analysis of people management, through a joint analysis between managers and employees, in order to circumvent the adversities through the qualification and recognition of the teams' merit.
