This work addresses the responsibility of public agents for violating the home, since it is constitutionally protected and any violation without due justification will bring legal consequences for public agents. The same highlights the concept of domicile, as this is not exclusively conferred on the house, as the STF expanded the concept of domicile, as highlighted in this article. The topic is widely discussed nowadays, since the home can only be violated in exceptional situations. The public agent's role is defined by law and cannot exceed established limits.
