Conversely, employers grapple with plummeting demand, the requisite adaptation to health-related constraints, and economic hardships. These challenges exert a direct influence on occupational health, safety protocols, and labor rights. Drawing from the impact analysis, the aim is to contribute to the formulation of public policies that foster the protection of workers' rights while maintaining a harmonious equilibrium between labor necessities and economic demands.
