Accessibility plays a crucial role in ensuring universal access to health services, guaranteeing not only the fundamental right to health but also dignity in life. This study aims to analyze the right to health from the perspective of accessibility and inclusion in primary care in Carangola-MG. The problem question is: What are the main challenges that people with disabilities face when accessing health services in primary care units in Carangola-MG? To answer this question, we have outlined the following specific objectives: contextualize the right to health in the Brazilian scenario; identify public policies aimed at ensuring the right to accessibility and inclusion; and finally, evaluate the real effectiveness of public policies related to inclusion in primary care in the municipality of Carangola-MG. We will use a methodological approach based on bibliographic research and analysis of data from local health systems. The underlying hypothesis is that accessibility barriers in primary health care have negative impacts on the experiences of patients with disabilities, restricting access to health services. This study aims to reflect on the right to accessibility in the sphere of health, making services accessible to the population with disabilities in Carangola-MG.
