Abstract

This article has as main objective shows that some behaviors on the social media, that people think can not be punished, actually can, besides that it´ll shows how´s the investigation and the disfficulties there still exists in Brasil so this crimes can be cleared. The advancement of technology and consequently social media advance, besides all the benefits, brought with it some harms, as exemple, new ways of committing crimes. Some crimes that were once committed only in the real world now can be realized on the internet. Because of that it was needed to change and inovet the way that this conducts are investigated, so it can be punished and do not perpetuate the common that virtual crimes are not punished, especially in cases where the author uses anonymity.
