Abstract

The related project will highlight international adoption and the challenges encountered in this topic. Currently, this practice has become increasingly common, being a positive factor for all infants who need a suitable home to live in. That said, it is necessary to understand the process of international adoption, understanding its risks and challenges, also highlighting the ethics that surround this institute, as well as the difficulty in cultural adaptation in the new country. The methodology to be applied in this research is based on scientific articles, books and specific research related to the topic in question. Aspiring, therefore, to understanding this subject and supporting the adoption of children and adolescents who need a family with a consistent and stable structure for the full development of this citizen.
