Abstract

The World Health Organization (WHO) states that mental health is a state of balance and emotional well-being, where the individual is able to use his own abilities to recover from routine stress, be productive and have a healthier routine. Currently, some people end up burdening themselves with their certain obligations. This can result in serious problems related to the mind of each individual, such as: Stress, anxiety, depression, emotional exhaustion, insomnia and other symptoms. Meanwhile, you need to be aware of these symptoms and look for affordable means to combat them.
