Pandora's syndrome is a term that is used to describe a variety of lower urinary tract disorders in cats. It's a serious illness, but it's treatable, with early diagnosis and treatment, most cats recover completely. This paper presents a literature review on the impact of effective management on the quality of life of cats with Pandora's Syndrome. Focusing on identifying treatment and care strategies, assessing the reduction of clinical signs, and considering the emotional well-being of cats and their caregivers, the research seeks to go beyond traditional understanding. The need for a comprehensive and personalized approach became clear, showing that multidimensional interventions can strengthen the bond between cats and their caregivers, while reducing clinical signs. In addition, the continuity of research in the area was encouraged to promote future advances.
