Abstract

The aim of this article is to promote, protect and ensure the full and equal enjoyment of all human rights and fundamental freedoms for all persons with disabilities and to promote respect for their inherent dignity. People with disabilities are those who have a long-term physical, mental, intellectual or sensory disability, which, in interaction with various obstacles, can prevent their full and effective participation in society on equal terms with other people.
