IMPLEMENTATION OF THE 5S PHILOSOPHY IN EDUCATION MANAGEMENT: DIRECTION, COORDINATION, SECRETARIAT AND TEACHERS’ ROOM

Abstract

This article aims to demonstrate the importance of implementing not only the philosophy, but the 5S program and all its tools, this article aims to apply its concepts and bring its essence to a whole team that implements the 5S philosophy, within the academic area, more properly said, will bring many benefits to all those involved in the administrative and educational processes of the work unit. As the beginning of the program at our ETEC in the city of São Paulo, we indicate some Management environments: Direction, Coordination, Secretariat and Teachers' Room. Through this philosophy, the objective is to encourage and bring the entire teaching team and employees together, encouraging them to engage and feel part of the process, as the 5 senses certainly make the workplace more pleasant, harmonious and productive. , as well as healthy and safe. Aiming within the program to reduce the time in looking for documentation, organization of the workplace, visual improvement in the environment, and change of culture and improvement of the work routine, and facilitate the preparation for the implementation of this same philosophy to the rest of the school unit, having as basic premise, contribution and future support from our students, engaged in improving the school environment, having greater conditions and satisfaction in studying in a cleaner and more organized place, making everyone feel part of the process and also bringing these students a philosophy of life and a differentiated way of learning with characteristics of a first world country.
