Introduction: In Brazil, cervical cancer is the third most common cancer among women, with 5,430 deaths in 2013. Globally, the mortality rate for this neoplasm corresponds to 4.86 deaths per 100,000 women. Objective: To conduct a clinical-epidemiological analysis of cervical cancer (CCU) cases in the municipality of Cascavel, Paraná, from 2012 to 2022. Methodology: This is a descriptive, quantitative, and retrospective study conducted in the city of Cascavel, based on data from Registros Hospitalares de Câncer (RHC). Results and Discussion: There was a predominance of women aged 30 to 49 years (48.89%), of white ethnicity (n = 1,066; 67.60%), among whom 33% had completed elementary education. The most common histological type was squamous cell carcinoma (n = 800; 50.9%). A total of 134 deaths were recorded during this period, corresponding to a mortality rate of 8.54%. Conclusion: It is essential for public health policies to continue emphasizing the importance of screening, HPV vaccination, education about risk factors, and the promotion of healthy lifestyles to reduce the incidence and mortality of this disease.
