The article discusses the main aspects of the Judicial Recovery Law and how they relate to the characteristics of Brazilian agribusiness, such as the seasonality of agricultural activities, dependence on climatic factors and the need for financing for production. The challenges faced by rural producers in using judicial recovery as an alternative to overcoming economic crises are also addressed, such as adapting the law to production cycles and bureaucratic obstacles. This study contributes to a better understanding of the application of the Judicial Recovery Law in the context of Brazilian agribusiness, identifying the benefits and limitations of this specific legislation for rural producers. By considering the particularities of the agricultural sector, it is possible to propose adjustments or alternatives that more effectively meet the needs of farmers, promoting economic sustainability and the preservation of agricultural activities in the country.
